Membership Application

Use the online form below to submit your application for membership. If you haven't already, we recommend that you first have a look at the Constitution & By-Laws to review the basic structure and procedures of our team. Also, consider the following requirements for membership:

• As noted in the Constitution & By-Laws, membership requires annual dues (currently $35) and liability insurance (currently $15) per member. All of this goes straight to REACT International. No extra funds are collected by/for our team. For a limited number of new members, the team will pay your dues and insurance for the first year and purchase your uniform shirt.

• You must have a GMRS license or be eligible to use one that belongs to someone else in your family.

• While not an absolute requirement, we strongly recommend that you have a Gmail account. Without it, you will have difficulty accessing some of the members-only information on this website.

• Also not an absolute requirement, but we recommend choosing in the application below to include your phone number in the Signal Messenger team group. This app is used to facilitate texting communication among the team.

• Please note the section on professionalism under Article II of the Constitution & By-Laws.

• Once your application has been processed, we will need a digital photo of you for the ID badge. You can email it to the President. It will ONLY be used for the REACT International and Rocket City REACT ID badges.
